Shipping and Returns
Sending items to us
- Domestic only. We accept shipments from addresses within the United States.
- Use a carrier with tracking, and keep the number. It is the only reliable proof of delivery.
- Insure it if it matters to you. Items are at your risk until they reach us, and we cannot claim on coverage we did not buy.
- Pack for protection, not presentation. Small pieces inside a padded envelope can be lost in a sorting machine — a box is safer than an envelope.
- Include your name and email address written on paper inside the package, not just on the label.
- One request, one shipment. Sending two separate lots under one name slows both of them down.
What happens when it arrives
We match the package to your request, weigh and test the contents, and send you a written offer showing the measured weight, the purity, and the amount. Packages are processed in the order received.
Testing can be destructive — a scratch, acid, or heat check may leave a mark. A piece sent to us may not come back in wearable condition.
Your offer stands for 60 days
You have 60 days to accept or decline. If it goes unanswered we will contact you before doing anything else. Your items are not ours to keep, sell, or scrap unless you accept an offer.
If you decline
- Tell us and your items are returned to the address you give us.
- Return shipping is at your expense. Declining creates no fee or debt owed to us — the only cost is the carrier.
- Items come back as tested, which may mean with a mark from verification. That is disclosed before you ship, not after.
- You can request a new quote later on anything we have returned.
If you accept
Payment is issued in US dollars through PayPal, to the email address you give us. We do not store card or bank details anywhere on this site.
If a shipment goes missing
Tell us the carrier and tracking number and we will help you document it. Because the shipment is yours until it reaches us, the claim belongs to you and the carrier — we will supply whatever proof we have to support it.
